TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling in the NHSMUN programme with Seditech sulution.
At least one parent must accompany the child
At least one parent must accompany the child for the US visa interview.
Right to Reschedule
Seditech solution reserves the right to reschedule the trip if Dollar rate is high, government policies change, or any adverse condition affects a smooth trip.
Conference Transfer
We reserve the right to transfer a delegate from one conference to another.
Subscriber Policy
A Client who wishes to subscribe for our Package Contract shall fill in the necessary information on the Application Form as designated by us (hereinafter referred to as the “Application Form”), and shall submit it to us together with the required Application Fee as specified separately by us. Notwithstanding provision of preceding Paragraph.
Meals Policy
All delegates eat three times daily. Nigerian meals are not included in the menu.
Visa Platform Policy
In cases where the Traveller needs to pay a balance after landing his or her destination, a guarantor’s form will be provided, duly filled, signed and sent electronically or in hard copy, also the signed post-dated cheques will be required before passport with the respective visas are delivered to the Traveller.
Payment Deadline
All payments must be made at least 4 weeks before departure. Late payments will attract an extra $500.
Airline Policy
Seditech solution reserves the right to book any partner airline (Lufthansa, Iberia, Air France, KLM, Egypt Air, Royal Air Maroc, Arik, British Airways, Qatar, Turkish Airways). Delegates with a preferred airline pay the difference.
Missed Flights
If a delegate misses their flight through no fault of Seditech solution, the cost of rebooking or transfer is borne by the parents.
Cost Adjustment
Seditech solution reserves the right to increase or reduce the cost without prior notice depending on the Dollar exchange rate.
Exchange Rate Changes
Seditech solution reserves the right to alter cost implications due to changes in Naira or Dollar exchange rates.
Refund Policy
Refunds are made after re-application if a Visa is denied, less the non-refundable fees listed in item 13.
Non-Refundable Fees
The traveller/Client will not be eligible for refunds if he or she pulls out of the process prematurely before the expiration of the alloted time for the process, thus forfiing any money paid.
Visa Denial Refund Timeline
In the case where visa is denied or the procedure fails, the client gets a full reefund between 42 to 60 working days. Also in the case where money has been expended for example fees for visa procurement receipts will be sent to the client as proof and legitimate reason for deductions.
Initial Payment Requirement
Interested parents must make an initial payment of $2,000 to facilitate the Visa interview and item 13 sub-heads. You may also pay the full $5,000 immediately if desired.
